La verdad del motivo, surge en la obra de Pepe García
Fortes, con la intensidad inherente a una elección vocacional,
que hace de esa transposición, la finalidad primordial para
su trabajo creativo. Se complace con el ritmo descriptivo,
para captar la belleza de un atardecer marino, o el impresionismo
fugaz en el tema floral y paisajístico.
La gama cromática que emplea y la duplicidad de sus formas
se imponen por una evidente y sobria seguridad de ejecución.
José García Fortes, presenta una colección de óleos y acrílicos,

en sus cuadros matiza la luz suavemente. Artista de amplio registro. Desde la
figura y el paisaje, a la marinay retrato, así como composiciones le sensibilizan
profundamente. Elóleo en sus manosse convierte en plácido, donde de alguna
manerase impone el detalle. El resultado son trabajos de sorprendente calidad,
pues el pintor posee los sentimientos precisos para ello.
