Nacida en la Ciudad de México, Distrito Federal, Sandra desarrolla sus habilidades artísticas a temprana edad utilizando la pintura como su forma de expresión y la música, el canto en específico como la liberación de la inmensidad de emociones y energía que años e innumerables momentos de reflexión y búsqueda interior después habría de asimilar como propias.
Poseedora de un carácter ávido de conocimientos y experiencias que la han llevado a vivir momentos un tanto difíciles, nos comparte en su obra, entre muchos otros, pasión y esperanza.
Al llegar a los 19 años se presenta ante ella la ocasión de llevar a cabo un viaje a Europa. Territorio que abre una puerta en la cual ella encuentra oportunidades valiosas para lograr un mayor crecimiento intelectual,involucrándose con culturas, costumbres e ideología distintas a la propia asi como madurez emocional.
Es tambien en Europa donde participa en exhibiciones colectivas, relacionándose con colegas del medio con quienes colabora, intercambia ideas y sobre todo, de quienes aprende.
Lo que están por presenciar es el producto de incesantes prácticas. El trazo, el color, la pincelada que cada una de las obras que a continuación se presentan no son mas que el virtuosismo puro de quien, de manera natural, encontró como expresar lo mas profundo, inocente y pasional de su ser.
En el arte, como en ninguna otra forma de expresión, sólo siendo honesto y sentimental, es que se logra trascender. Así, vemos que habrá muchas obras abundantes en técnica y perseverancia, pero sólo aquellas que nacen de verdaderos artistas, son las que logran tocarnos el alma y movernos el corazón, haciendo vibrar cada uno de los sentidos, provocando la más sublime de las pasiones al punto de que se llegue a asomar una lágrima por los ojos.
Es todo esto lo que, a través de su obra, logra uno captar de la artista quien pretende llevarlos más allá de aquello que se permitan sentir al conocer su obra.

Turning 19, the occasion to travel to Europe arrives, opening for her a door full of valuable opportunities to attain a higher intellectual growth by getting involved in other cultures, habits and ideology different from her own, as well as emotional grouwth.
It is in Europe that she achieves much by participating in collective exhibitions, allowing her to relate to fellow artists with whom she exchanges ideas and over all from whom she learns.
What you are about to witness is the product of a technique acquired in after incessant practices until achieving a satisfactory result for the eyes of those who dare to not just look but go deeper and feel what she has printed in each stroke of her brushes that are not less than the pure virtuosity of whom by natural means found the way to express the most profound, innocent and passional of her being.
In Art as in no other form of expression, being honest and sentimental is the only way to trascend.
