Hi, this is Nara. I am a Cuban artist, graduate of Arts and Letters from the Havana University since several years ago. I have been working, over 15 years, as an expressionism Abstract painter

UNIQUE, AUTHENTIC, ORIGINAL
Nara is a Cuban artist. Was born in Cuba. She immigrated to US, and she is now a U.S. resident. Nara has attended some of the finest art schools, but has been mostly self-taught. Her work has been selected many times to be exhibited in fine art galleries and museums. She has painted with all mediums, but her love lies in oil and acrylic.
Nara love of people led to her work. She prefers to do works in an abstract style, especially work she calls "art with texture" She loves color so it is always emphasized in her paintings. Nara’s works have been exhibited and published in five different countries. US, Cuba, Italia, France, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Spain, Canada and the United States.
Nara has studied the Art of Havana University. My work is all about freedom, nature elements, my moods, American people, and live. I am most influenced by some abstracts painters. I work with texture, contrast, and shine. I paint all day a week.
Nara received positive feedback from people have seen her artworks. She works in an expressionism abstract style and emphasizes the importance of the texture of materials she uses. Colors and their combinations are major component in her paintings.
Her styles are varied, it could be expressionism, impressionism, figurative abstraction, and realistic. The subject matters are constantly changing, according to the perception of her surroundings.
The Series “Faces of Silence” started in 2009 in the U.S. It is a continuation of her work in the abstract style mixed with expressionism. The artist represents various human expressions in these paintings. The series reveals different projections, from the other side; she uses a brighter palette and lighter shades, whilst her style is strengthened and appears to express human freedom
I am committed to my art”. Discover an emotional impulse, essentially positivist, is the constant assumption of an artist. I'm not interested only in the relationship of color or form. I'm interested to in expressing basic human emotions
